Myers-Briggs® Assessment package to reignite your spark
Throughout our lives, it’s natural at times for high-functioning, conscientious people to become overly busy fulfilling various roles. Perhaps you’re a mother, wife, business owner, daughter, friend….or a father, employee, husband, brother, friend…
When we re-align with who we really are, we positively shift our lives toward more peace and more joy.
Sometimes while fulfilling our responsibilities, we slowly and unknowingly move away from our core, authentic selves. When this happens, we begin to feel disconnected and unhappy. We may be doing everything we need to be doing, but we no longer feel a spark—an aliveness. Something seems to be missing, but we can’t quite put our fingers on it.
Would you like to reconnect to your true, authentic self even as you fulfill your various roles?
Would you like to feel more joy and more peace as you go about your days?
What is the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®?
The Myers-Briggs® is an assessment that reveals personality preferences in normal, healthy adults.
Most people have heard of the MBTI® and many have taken it at least once. There’s a reason for that. Backed by over 70 years of research and empirical data, it is considered to be the worldwide gold standard in personality assessments.
How Can It Help Me?
This assessment reveals the primary ways we perceive the world and make decisions. Once we have a better understanding of our inherent strengths, preferences, and tendencies, we can better appreciate all aspects about ourselves. We can also better manage and cope with day to day demands.
Self-knowledge allows us to appreciate and value ourselves, instead of thinking we are somehow not enough
Are you ready to:
- take charge of how you interact in your relationships?
- feel more fulfilled by your work?
- be better able to handle stress?
- be a more effective and joyful parent?
How This is Different
As a certified MBTI® coach, I share your results from the Myers-Briggs® assessment with you in a very personalized way. Even though you may have taken this before, this approach yields more valuable and practical information to support you in making the shifts you are ready to make.
I help you understand how to use the results of your assessment to make changes in key areas of your life, especially areas that may be currently challenging you. After our time together, which includes your opportunity to ask questions, you’ll be better able to cope and support yourself in all ways, because you’ll have more self-compassion and self-appreciation.
And if you’re also interested or engaged in parent coaching, taking the Myers-Briggs® assessment in conjunction with parent coaching is ideal; it lends more richness and depth to the coaching process and to the end results.
What Do I Have to Do?
First, you answer an online assessment at your convenience. The multiple choice questionnaire usually takes about a half hour to complete, although there is no time limit. More info will be provided before you begin.
Then, you and I meet for up to two hours, either in-person or via a video call, to discuss your results.
What Do I Get?

- Instructions about how to do it
- A meeting (maximum two hours) so you understand how to effectively use the results of your assessment

The gift of self-knowledge lasts the rest of your life.
Every person I’ve ever worked with has wanted to live a more authentic life, one that reflects who they really are.” —Cheryl Richardson
As a parent coach, I believe in a positive, strength-based approach that views families as an ever-changing, always-growing living system. When one part of a system is strengthened and uplifted through the coaching process, positive effects then ripple out to every other individual and relationship in the family system.
Permanent, positive change doesn’t happen overnight. In order implement lasting change and to not leave you in crises mode, there is a minimum three month commitment to work together in one-hour weekly sessions.
For the calendar year 2018, I am taking only a few loving, dedicated parents on a pro-bono basis while I finish up a practicum associated with certification through Parent Coach International.
At the beginning of 2019, I will be open to working with more parents. If you are not currently in crises and would like more information about my approach to parent coaching for lasting change, please enter your contact info below. I will touch base with you toward the end of this year with more information about coaching services!
